My hubby and I also refinished a coffee table (originally dark brown wood transformed to this rustic piece below). Here are just a few pictures of the updated table. Check out tutorials on my Furniture Makeover page!

This grey shelf was also painted to coordinate with the room (it was previously black).
Adding a few floating shelves with coordinating decor finished off the room.
