Whole30 Egg Scramble

For breakfast, we made a healthy breakfast egg scramble with red and green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, ground turkey and avocado slices, prepared with a side of fresh fruit (pineapple and orange slices with coconut flakes).
Whole30 Egg Scramble
INGREDIENTS:
eggs, scrambled
ground turkey (or other meat)
onions, chopped
roma tomatoes, chopped
bell pepper, chopped
garlic clove, minced
olive oil (or avocado oil)
sea salt and pepper to taste
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
avocado
spinach
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
STEPS:
Sauté onions and garlic in small amount of olive oil (or avocado oil).
Place ground bison meat with onions/garlic and cook over medium.
Dice up and just slightly cook the chopped bell peppers and roma tomatoes.
Start scrambling eggs in another pan and start cooking over medium heat.
Add in meat and veggies. Salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve with salt and pepper'd avocado and fresh fruit.
