PRE-BREAKFAST:
We've reached the halfway point!! I think I'll reward myself with a much needed mani/pedi since winter feet can't hide too much longer with spring weather just around the corner. #bringonsandalweather
I think it's time for another victory dance...

BREAKFAST:
For breakfast I had a hard-boiled egg and some fresh fruit sprinkled with cinnamon. Nothing fancy this morning, but fast and easy, which I'm always a fan of. I surprised myself by feeling full before I attempted the 2nd egg so I considered this a mini victory and saved it for a future snack.
MID-MORNING:
Received this card of encouragement from our dear friends (who have also completed the Whole30), which was much appreciated! My favorite part is the P.S. from their adorable 2 year old who also is apparently a fan of Miya. :)
Apparently I get a little too carried away during snack time as I have officially finished jar #2 of almond butter after only 2 weeks... I think it's safe to say I need to cool the jets on those a tad. Otherwise, I may be the only person that will have actually gained weight on Whole30... Week 3 sounds like a good week to try and minimize my addiction to snacking. #lifegoals
LUNCH:
Since we made extra sea bass, I enjoyed more catch of the week (aka Whole30 Seasoned Sea Bass) along with some spaghetti squash and a few Whole30 Sweet & Savory Sweet Potato Slices. To see the recipes, click the links. I just cooked the spaghetti squash in the microwave and then seasoned it with sea salt, pepper, and garlic.
I think I found my new almond butter replacement... #nowaddictedtosweettots #happydance
MID-AFTERNOON TIP:
TIP: I've always been one that struggles with drinking the proper amount of water a day. One trick that's helped me to drink more water is having fruit infused water. We use this pitcher with infuser from Crate & Barrel and switch up the fruit regularly to keep things interesting (i.e. orange slices, lemons, limes, cucumbers, berries, etc.). It's definitely changed my water-drinking game for the better.

DINNER:
For once we started making dinner before 9PM! That means I can be finished blogging by 10 and go to bed early for once!
For dinner, we pan-seared chicken breasts in avocado oil with our go-to Everyday Spice Blend and enjoyed this with our favorite Whole30 Sweet & Savory Potato Slices. They clearly are just as good the 2nd day, and I'm still not sick of them! I've also not opened my 3rd jar of almond butter today so I'll give myself a pat on the back for that mini achievement!
TASTE TEST: Another 2 thumbs up! We both still can't believe how versatile and easy this seasoning is. It's definitely been a blessing to find!
